Welcome to Sena Care’s Kogarah Hub
When you think about disability support, you might picture in-home care or community visits. At Sena Care, we go further. We are proud to be one of the few NDIS providers in Sydney with a dedicated day program — a safe, welcoming hub in the heart of Kogarah that exists to connect, empower, and inspire participants.
Our centre is more than a building. It’s a place where participants build friendships, explore hobbies, learn skills, and feel part of a community. Families gain peace of mind knowing their loved ones are supported in a professional and caring environment.
Our Activities
We offer a wide range of programs and activities both within our Hub and through community access. Every activity is designed to build confidence, skills, and meaningful connections.
Arts & Crafts
Engaging in painting, drawing, sculpting, or other hands-on projects to express emotions and improve motor skills.





Games & Puzzles
Interactive and social activities for relaxation and fun.





Life Skills Workshops
Learning everyday skills like budgeting, self-care, and communication.


Indoor/Outdoor Arcade Games
Provide cognitive benefits by improving problem-solving, hand-eye coordination, memory, and reaction times, while also offering mental health benefits like stress relief and improved mood.




Fitness/ Zumba/ Dancing
Improved fitness, improved coordination, decreases stress, improves heart health




Sensory Room
Space for emotional and self-regulation. Promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, improves focus and concentration, and enhances motor skills and sensory processing.




Literacy / Numeracy
Improved literacy skills, money management, improved communication skills, confidence building


Library and Computer Room
Together, they create an educational space that supports bot traditional learning and the development of future-ready technical skills.



Group Activities
Participating in social groups, clubs, or community events to build friendships, social skills and independency.
Sports & Fitness
Participating in swimming-Immersed in refreshing water, rhythmic strokes propel the body, promoting fitness, relaxation and aquatic enjoyment for all. Learn swimming techniques, improve physical well-being. Improve social skills. walking groups, or gym visits to improve physical health, mental well-being, and resilience.




Social Outings
Coffee catchups, bowling-Socialize and connect with other people while playing ten pin bowling (have fun participating in a group activity, connect with friends, develop your bowling skills, hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills), shopping trips – Exploring retail spaces, selecting items, and making purchases for personal needs or leisure, offering diverse consumer experiences. (improve physical wellbeing social skills, improve money management), train travels involve learning the skills necessary for safe and independent travel, including navigating public transportation, reading maps, and developing situational awareness.






Recreational Activities
Engaging in activities like Pub lunch- Enjoy the company of your friends while enjoying a delicious feed. Learn to purchase your own meal, develop money handling skills, enjoy interactions with everyone. Beach visit-be able to use senses to see, touch, smell the beach, or archery for fun, movies, and cultural events.






Day Trips
Nature Walk exploring parks, beaches, and local attractions. Immerse in nature’s symphony, breath crisp air, marvel at vibrant flora, and feel the earth beneath during a rejuvenating nature walk. Improve social skills, knowledge of nature, mental well-being, physical exercise, connection to land and nature, natural therapy.



Sailing
Reduces stress, boosts self-esteem, and promotes mindfulness by fostering a connection with nature.


Heroes with Ability
Was formed to inspire, teach, motivate, as well as incorporate all aspects of health & wellbeing, social inclusion, and community awareness for people with additional needs. Improves community engagement, physical wellbeing, increase fitness, increase sporting skills.


Every activity is tailored to individual interests, abilities, and goals, making sure our participants feel supported while having fun.
